Diane met us at the 2006 Star Power Conference in NYC. She came to us looking for help to take her marketing and improve upon its overall presentation. Her website at the time was with Advanced Access and was producing mediocre results. By evaluating her existing site and being knowlegeable about the IDX rules in the Charlotte NC real estate market we were able to create a new website navigation that would include maximizing her IDX provided by her broker. What's really neat is that that she became the leading agent in all of Allen Tate Realtors to "sprinkle in" IDX tools to her site (we helped to this of course and did all the strategy here). Now she has a highly branded website that reflects her expertise and also has lead generating components throughout her site. When designing a website for a specific "niche" market the focus its really important to build the site for visitors to want to visit again and again. In addition we featured specific neighborhoods within the market she services so that buyers can really get detailed information on the community that they are interested in. As a member of two MLS's, Suchita had a difficult task of reflecting both markets through her Number 1 Expert website because of the limitations of the template platform. Her primary niche target, luxury properties, was also not reflected effectively. The property search tool she had been using was an agent version of her broker's solution and was heavily branded to the broker. It was a very basic property search and did not allow for the "sprinkling" of searches on the content pages to quickly and easily engage the user.
