Tricia Andreassen, founder and CEO of Pro Step Marketing, began her career in real estate while in college, working as an office assistant for a local real estate office. Her entrepreneurial spirit was clear early on, as she purchased her first three properties by age 20.  By the age of 23, Tricia was sales manager for a Century 21 office in Long Island, N.Y., and soon launched her own business within the RE/MAX organization.

But it quickly became clear that Tricia's true passion and talent within the field of real estate was in teaching and mentoring other agents. In June 1998, Tricia became a national speaker for Realtor.com, where she educated Realtors on how to take their business to the next level in online marketing.  The more seminars Tricia taught, and the more questions she fielded from agents and brokers, the more she realized how little information about Internet marketing was available to real estate agents. She found herself working with agents in her spare time, educating them about using the web to attract customers. Over the last five years Tricia has worked with many industry leaders such as Mr. Internet, Coach Ken, Howard Brinton, and Allen Hainge. She also has been a featured speaker for NAR conventions and was a featured speaker at the STAR POWER CONFERENCE in 2006.

Tricia's passion, coupled with a growing need among the real estate community for education and guidance about Internet marketing, brought Pro Step Marketing to life. While Pro Step Marketing began with a focus on Internet marketing, since March 2002 the company has grown exponentially, and the company now offers all encompassing marketing services starting with developing a marketing strategy for new clients, then implementing the components of that strategy, from unique branding creation, to website design and enhancement, to search engine optimization to make client sites easy to "find" online.
