When Stephanie met us at 2010's CRS convention she was committed to making her web strategy the best. We helped her create a website that focused on lifestyle type properties like Beach properties as well as targeted searches for areas within the Charleston SC real estate market. In conjunction with an interactive MLS search on the front page we also helped her incorporate the colors of her offline marketing. Recently she just shared with us that she generated a lead on the search engines from someone who was looking for a Charleston Realtor!
We met Darlene at the KW mega camp event. She did a strategy session with our owner Tricia and learned about the existing technologies that Keller Williams Realty offered. New to the Keller Williams franchise it was our goal to help her maximize her existing tools and at the same time show her market areas that she services. Take a look at the photos in the slideshow. These are photos of the house that Darlene custom built and designed!! By changing the photos in the design as well as changing the buttons in the navigation, this gave her a custom site without the huge cost involved. All while incorporating the IDX mls searches with Wolfnet Technologies (e-agent tools).
Mark met Tricia at Keller Williams Family Reunion back in 2009 while researching different website companies on the floor. One of his biggest needs was having a website that also offered stealth/landing pages that he could use to target market. While talking with other website vendors he found that most companies charged in upwards of 100.00/month for their systems while our hosting was just 19.95/month. In addition, Mark loved that we could maximize his existing MLS search tool with his KW e-agent tools. During the overview Mark showed Tricia his business card and she noticed the branding that was one his card with his picture and logo. She said "We should incorporate these elements in. Matt Davies wanted to reinvent his business while retaining what has been successful for him in the past. By incrorporating his previous website's content and combining it with a fresh design that includes beautiful flash photography, his existing IDX search integration and much more. In addition, he now has a graphic element to drive visitors over to his short sale website.
Ben is a DIY-type that likes to roll up his sleeves and work on his website when he has the chance.
