We met Butch in 2007 at the Howard Brinton Star Power Conference. It all started with a personal consultation and written roadmap that incorporated creating a new brand with a logo that would stand out from others in his market. We helped carry the brand to all his marketing and built a website that would showcase properties in West Virginia instead of showcasing those properties in the Washington DC area. Since the MLS was MRIS we knew that this was a critical element to success so that buyer and sellers visiting could easily find listings in their specific market. He also ranks on the front page of the search engines for major searches such as Martinsburg WV real estate.

While working with Bob in the initial stages of our relationship, it became very apparent that he was quite tech-savvy. His website at the time did not reflect that and he was frustrated with the inability to enhance his exiting website with the tools and information he wanted to provide his visitors. For one, his website had a very basic search provided by the Broker and he wanted to create something that not only engaged the visitors with a simple-to-use property search but also provide advanced searching options, such as an interactive map search to help the commuters considering his market identify the location of the available listings in relation to where they worked. The other facet of the website which was important to him was the ability to educate the prospects of the market conditions.
