Every form in the website is editable so you can ask more specific questions than just the simple name, email address and phone number.  If the visitor fills out the form the lead goes to your cell phone and at the same time it gets organized into a specific group to match that type of lead. For example, the dream home finder form flows into the buyer drip, the CMA request flows into the seller drip and the foreclosure/investor buys form flows into the foreclosure/investor buyer drip.  We have additional drips such as Military Moves and Relocation services.
